**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that drive customer loyalty and retention. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. **Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
