Your Role: Bilingual Customer Service Representative As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and providing exceptional service that exceeds their expectations. Your role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and delivering on commitments. Key Responsibilities: Manage each contact interaction with our customers' satisfaction as your number one priority Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions Inform customers by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information Deliver on commitments, doing what you say you will do, and resolve customer issues same day or within 24 hours Provide correct information to customers, listening carefully to understand their true questions Interact with customers by asking probing questions to identify their needs and provide proper solutions Utilize various online systems to satisfy customer concerns and ensure proper processes are followed Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need: High School diploma or equivalent A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (C2 proficiency) Ability to ask probing questions and resolve problems effectively Intermediate proficiency with PC navigation and experience with online systems (Office, G Suite) Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive interaction with customers Flexibility with schedules and availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, overnights, holidays, or extra shifts Experience in a call center industry is preferred, but not required About arenaflex arenaflex is a leading provider of customer experience management, back-office/risk operations, and business transformation solutions.
