**Key Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Build strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide seamless support
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, services, and industry trends to provide informed support
- Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and productivity
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

- 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
- Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation

- Certification in customer service or a related field
