**Job Summary**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that meet and exceed our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also have the opportunity to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
