As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, providing top-notch support to our customers in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
* Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions to meet customer needs
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
* Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
