**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through phone, email, and chat. You'll also have the opportunity to work with our world-class technology and become a product and solutions expert.

**Responsibilities**

* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering
* Become a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services
* Provide legendary service to our customers by answering product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently

**Minimum Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
