**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment. You will communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system. **Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we will train you to provide legendary service for our customers
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
