**Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and provide exceptional service
* Helping customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless shopping experience
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products, pricing, and shipping options to answer customer questions confidently and quickly
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
**Minimum Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
