**Essential Qualifications**

* Bilingual skills in Spanish or Creole (strongly preferred)
* Associates degree (preferred)
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Minimum of one year eligibility experience
* Understanding of FL Medicaid programs
* Experience working in a call center environment
