**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braselton, GA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering. **Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technical tools
* Knowledge of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials
