• *Key Responsibilities**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Credit Representative, you'll be responsible for:
• Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, both orally and in writing
• Demonstrating a customer-focused mindset, ensuring a positive experience for each customer interaction
• Navigating complex customer issues with ease, utilizing problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
• Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed solutions to customers
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and quality standards
• Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• To be at least 18 years of age
• A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's degree preferred
• Call Center or Collections experience, with basic knowledge of data entry
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both English and [insert language]
• Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift, with minimal to no distractions
• Computer/technology savvy, with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing exceptional customer service
