**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:
* Assessing family eligibility for childcare financial assistance and subsidy programs
* Providing clear, culturally sensitive information about available childcare options and local providers
* Accurately entering and managing data in online systems to maintain integrity and compliance
* Supporting families in navigating complex childcare systems with empathy and professionalism
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure service quality and timely support
**Requirements:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Minimum 1 year of experience in a Health and Human Services, Call Center, or Client Support role
* Bilingual fluency in English and one of the following: Spanish, Portuguese, or Creole
* Experience working with diverse communities and multilingual populations
* Familiarity with intake or eligibility processes in social service settings
**Nice-to-Have:**
While not required, prior experience in the following areas will be beneficial:
* Prior work with childcare programs, family assistance services, or community outreach
* Exposure to case management systems or client databases
* Knowledge of Massachusetts childcare subsidy programs
