**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers, directing them to the proper departments when necessary
* Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
* Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them when necessary
* Helping explain contract details to customers
* Managing existing customer relationships to provide peace of mind and worry-free driving
* Processing payments and setting up payment arrangements to resolve customer accounts
* Being interactive and communicative with management and co-workers in a visible manner, requiring camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management
**Job Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in Spanish and English
* A high school diploma or GED
* Strong computer literacy skills
* Previous knowledge of a CRM system (a plus)
