**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Service Associate Front Desk to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a key point of contact for our clients, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities**

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of careerzynith products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications**

- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience working in a front desk or reception role
- Familiarity with FEMA IS 100 and 700 courses
- Previous experience working in a government or non-profit organization
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
