**Responsibilities**

As a Seasonal Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing basic technical support via phone in Spanish and English
* Delivering an exceptional support experience
* Interacting and communicating effectively with a variety of customers
* Providing a memorable and delightful experience

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* **Fluent in Spanish and English** – while this role supports both, most calls are in English
* **Flexible to needs of business**
* **High School Diploma or GED Equivalent**
* **18 years of age**

**Equipment and Internet Requirements**

To ensure a seamless experience, you'll need:

* **1 Stand Alone Monitor (19 inch)**
* **Hardwired internet connection (no satellite or wireless)**
* **Required Internet Speed is 5.0 Mbps Down/ 5.0 Mbps Up**
* **A Working Phone Line (Home Phone or Mobile)**
* **Home office must be a noise/distraction-free environment**
* **Desk and an ergonomic chair**
