Your key responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to customers in English and Spanish * Assisting customers in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products and services to meet their needs * Responding to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening, selecting the best solution in an efficient manner * Identifying additional needs customers may have and helping them to upgrade products or services * Working collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals **What You Bring to the Role** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring a unique combination of skills and qualities.
