Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, and we're looking for talented individuals to join us in our mission. **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative to join our team in Irving, Texas. As a key member of our Roadrunner's Servicing Center, you'll play a vital role in building a best-in-class servicing organization for our growing portfolio of Powersports loans. **Key Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Customer Engagement Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling an average of 80 inbound and outbound calls per day, providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. * Processing phone payments and communicating with customers to ensure a seamless experience. * Conducting outbound customer interview calls to gather information and resolve customer concerns. * Communicating and resolving customer issues via online chat channel, providing timely and effective solutions. * Resolving common customer concerns regarding their powersports loan, including answering questions and addressing issues in a professional and courteous manner. * Meeting monthly productivity and quality goals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. * Complying with all federal and state-specific laws that regulate collections and servicing activities. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or GED, with some college coursework a plus. * At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in auto finance or an installment loan portfolio. * Collection experience is a plus, but not required. * A working knowledge of Word and Excel, with the ability to master the use of web-based systems, such as LoanPro (training provided). * Strong communication skills, both verbally and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers via phone and online chat. * Bi-lingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required. * Excellent "people" skills, with a strong customer service attitude and the ability to demonstrate problem-solving ability. * A flexible schedule, including some overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to punctuality. **Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including: * Robust health care plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. * Up to 20 days of paid time off (PTO), accrued annually. * Generous parental leave, with a focus on supporting our employees' work-life balance. * A retirement plan (401k) with company match, helping you plan for your future. * Educational assistance and tuition reimbursement up to $3,000 per year, supporting your ongoing education and career development. * Powersports safety benefits, ensuring your safety and well-being while on the job. * Gympass wellness benefits, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. **Work Environment and Company Culture** At blithequark, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment, where our employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
