We're seeking highly motivated, bilingual, and service-oriented Customer Care Specialists to join our Call Center Operations team. As a Specialist, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with our customers on a daily basis and providing exceptional support to help them overcome their challenges. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional support to customers by handling inbound phone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
* Developing a deep understanding of the company's value proposition, operational processes, and growth potential, effectively communicating these aspects to customers as needed.
* Leveraging careerzynith's proprietary technology to seamlessly connect members with a nationwide network of service partners.
* Assisting customers with placing and fulfilling orders while ensuring smooth service execution.
* Identifying and addressing customer needs, building rapport, and offering tailored solutions for immediate assistance.
* Upholding high standards of customer satisfaction by exceeding member expectations and ensuring services are delivered within specified time frames.
* Employing creative problem-solving to address customer challenges and deliver exceptional, innovative service experiences.
**Required Experience**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in a customer-facing environment resolving issues over the phone.
* The ability to quickly, calmly, and professionally engage customers to understand their questions/issues and deliver a solution that surpasses expectations.
* Ability to professionally handle extremely high volume phone calls from customers and partners, and maintain composure under pressure.
* Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine solutions for customers (consultative sales approach).
* Fluency in English and French is required.
**Additional Requirements**
To work from home, you'll need:
* A secluded, uninterrupted workspace where information will remain confidential and work can be done without environmental distractions (children, appliances, pets, etc).
* Access to a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 5 Mbps download/2.5 Mbps upload.
* It is preferable that you have experience working from home and have equipment that supports a work from home environment.
