**Key Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* **Delivering outstanding service**: Own the interaction with callers, building loyalty, improving retention, and satisfying corporate best-in-service goals and objectives.
* **Responding to high-volume incoming calls**: Handle a high volume of calls from members and providers, taking calls in both Spanish and English.
* **Utilizing resource materials**: Effectively and accurately interpret, respond, and resolve customer inquiries and problems using appropriate resource materials.
* **Maintaining knowledge of Plan contracts**: Stay up-to-date on Plan contracts and effectively interpret information.
* **Employing strong interpersonal skills**: Handle difficult calls courteously and professionally, using strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
* **Documenting calls**: Accurately document calls in accordance with departmental policies.
* **Collaborating with peers**: Work with colleagues to solve problems and promote teamwork.
* **Meeting or exceeding quality and productivity goals**: Consistently meet or exceed departmental quality and productivity standards.
* **Performing other duties as assigned**: Be flexible and adaptable, taking on additional responsibilities as needed.

* **Bilingual skills in Spanish**: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
* **High school diploma or equivalent**: A bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
