About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same.
