As a Bilingual Customer Account Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers, providing personalized support and resolving complex account questions via phone, email, and online chat. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Provide exceptional customer service to our Spanish-speaking and English-speaking customers**
* **Resolve complex account questions and concerns via phone, email, and online chat**
