**Experienced Benefits Representative – Work-From-Home Data Entry and Administration**

As a Benefits Representative, you'll play a critical role in processing and administering various benefits, including Wellbeing, Life, LTD, and Adaptable Spending benefits. As a Benefits Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional benefits and services to our employees. **Key Responsibilities** As a Benefits Representative, your primary responsibilities will include: * Processing Wellbeing, Life, LTD, and Adaptable Spending benefits * Processing Change in Status and Exceptional Enrollment Occasions for benefits * Assisting with Online Enrollment Framework plan and reviews * Creating and handling weekly Adaptable Spending Reports and Adaptable Spending Review * Assisting and answering Extra security and LTD guarantee requests * Interacting and paying Extra security and LTD bills * Processing and answering Qualified Clinical Kid Backing Requests * Assisting with 401(k) and Non-Qualified Conceded Pay (NQDC) Plan enrollments * Coordinating stores for the 401(k), NQDC, and IRA account * Directing Month to month and Quarterly reviews for the Wellbeing Plan * Critical thinking with workers and Outsider Directors * Understanding and Deciphering Plan Records * Circulating Fresh recruit Parcels * Saturday work will be expected on occasion **Expected Qualifications and Skills** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 2-3 years of Benefits Organization experience with Wellbeing, Dental, Disaster protection, LTD, Flex, and COBRA * Knowledge of 401(k), ERISA, HIPAA, and Medical services Change guidelines * Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook * Experience with HRIS benefits frameworks (SAP liked) * Elevated degree of meticulousness * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent customer service skills and friendly approachable behavior * Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment * Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions * Attention to detail and attention to detail keeps the workplace clean and organized **Benefits and Perks** As a Benefits Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including: * Competitive Wages * Clinical, Dental and Solution Plan * 401(k) Program with organization match * Paid Get-away * Individual Took care of Time (PPTO) * Representative Rebate * Life coverage and Long haul Incapacity Protection (LTD) * Adaptable Spending Plan * Occasion Pay * Integris Facility and Drug store Nearby * Minister Administrations Nearby **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
