As a Benefit Verification Specialist, you will play a critical role in verifying insurance coverage, performing benefit investigations, and obtaining prior authorization for patients receiving in-home IV therapy. This dynamic and fast-paced role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.
