As a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients and their plan participants. **Key Responsibilities** As a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Helping clients' plan participants plan and enroll in health care and pension plans * Providing exceptional service on every contact, whether it's via phone, chat, or message center * Working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions * Collaborating with our team to resolve complex issues and provide support to plan participants * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Meeting or exceeding productivity and quality standards, including handling a high volume of calls and resolving issues efficiently **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a customer service setting * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly assess member concerns and formulate a response/resolution * Ability to work in a structured environment, adhering to posted work schedules and protocols * High level of attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task and organize work effectively * Experience using Microsoft Office, with a strong ability to juggle multiple open computer windows * Ability to work autonomously in a self-paced, self-motivated team environment * Comfortable working in a virtual environment, including online training and interaction with Managers/Supervisors via chat * Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions * Ability to type 30 words per minute * Experience working in a customer service-related field **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are a plus: * Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field * Working knowledge of health and welfare and/or defined benefit pension plans * Experience working in a call center environment * Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * High level of attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems and software quickly **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative, you'll have the opportunity to: * Develop your skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Collaborate with our team to resolve complex issues and provide support to plan participants * Take on additional responsibilities and opportunities as you grow and develop in your role * Pursue full-time opportunities with arenaflex, including career advancement and professional growth **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a Seasonal Benefit Customer Service Representative, you'll work in a virtual environment, including online training and interaction with Managers/Supervisors via chat.
