Join Our Team as a Behavioral Technician
We are seeking motivated and passionate professionals to join our growing team as Behavioral Technicians. As a Behavioral Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, providing one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs. Key Responsibilities
As a Behavioral Technician, your key responsibilities will include:


Providing one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum
Collecting behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions
Conducting discrete trials, implementing behavior support, and treatment plans
Working collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy
Being responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors
Being goal-oriented and maintaining professionalism in all aspects of your work
Arriving on time and being prepared for therapy sessions

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:


Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred
Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting
1-year ABA Experience (or equivalent experience in a related field)
If no direct ABA experience, 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle


Physical Requirements
As a Behavioral Technician, you will need to be able to:


Lift up to 35lbs
Perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bend, kneel, squat, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time
Respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children
Work in both indoor and outdoor settings
