You will work closely with our members, their families, and our healthcare providers to develop personalized care plans, address concerns, and provide resources and referrals to support their overall well-being. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide empathetic and informed support to members who are experiencing mental health concerns, substance abuse issues, or other behavioral health challenges * Conduct thorough assessments to identify member needs and develop personalized care plans * Collaborate with healthcare providers, family members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination * Provide education and resources to members on mental health topics, wellness strategies, and disease management * Facilitate referrals to behavioral health services, including counseling, therapy, and support groups * Document member interactions, progress, and outcomes in our electronic health record system * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling * 2+ years of experience in behavioral health customer service, case management, or a related field * Strong knowledge of mental health conditions, treatment options, and resources * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions * Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other software applications **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a related field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling * Certification in a related field, such as Certified Behavioral Health Specialist (CBHS) or Certified Case Manager (CCM) * Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults * Familiarity with arenaflex Health Services' products and services * Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members who speak multiple languages **Skills and Competencies** * Strong empathy and active listening skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with members * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions * Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other software applications * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately document member interactions and progress **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex Health Services, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
