**Daily Responsibilities**
As a Behavioral Customer Service Advocate, you'll be responsible for handling inbound behavioral calls and written correspondence, providing timely and informed responses to customer inquiries. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility/claims status
* Responding to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner
* Utilizing current reference materials and available resources to respond to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers within established timeframes
* Providing assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
* 1 year of healthcare call center experience
* Behavioral/Crisis call experience preferred

* Hourly rate: $19.00
* Schedule: Monday- Friday 10:30 am- 8:30 pm CST (30 min lunch, 2 15 min breaks)
* Potential for 1 rotating Saturday shift per month during the busy season
