**Responsibilities**

* **Reporting Fraud**: Report accounts as fraud and complete necessary fraud reports to prevent further unauthorized activity.
* **Handling Inbound and Outbound Calls**: Handle inbound servicing calls and make outbound calls to verify account activity, ensuring that our customers' accounts are secure and up-to-date.
* **Managing Risk and Customer-Impacting Issues**: Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
* **Ensuring Proper Follow-up or Escalation**: Ensure proper follow-up or escalation of accounts based on call outcomes, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
* **1+ Years of Experience in Call Center or Customer Service**: 1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
* **Effective Communication Skills**: The ability to communicate verbally and in written form is essential.
* **Basic Computer Skills**: The ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones is required.
