About the Role: Baker - Crumbl Chelsea We're seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team at Crumbl Chelsea. As a Baker, you'll be responsible for preparing delicious cookies, decorating and displaying our finished products, and providing exceptional customer service to our loyal customers. Key Responsibilities: Baking and Decorating: Read and understand Crumbl recipes, measure and combine ingredients using mixers, ovens, and other equipment to make cookies, and decorate and display the finished product. Quality Control: Ensure finished goods meet food safety and quality controls, and perform quality inspections on ingredients and products. Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service. Store Maintenance: Clean and restock the workstation and store, and ensure all equipment is sanitized. Teamwork: Work independently or with other team members to solve problems, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods. Essential Qualifications: Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years of age. Availability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (except Sundays). Physical Ability: Be able to lift and carry 10-55 lbs., stand for several hours at a time, and lift potentially heavy objects when necessary. Communication Skills: Be able to communicate effectively in English. Basic Math and Computer Skills: Possess basic math and computer skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior Experience: Prior baking or customer service experience is preferred, but not necessary. Leadership Experience: Previous leadership or management experience is a plus. Skills and Competencies: Attention to Detail: Pay attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products. Time Management: Possess time and resource management skills, and be able to multitask quickly and thoroughly. Teamwork: Be a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and make emotional connections with guests.
