**Job Summary**

We're seeking an experienced Back Office/Data Entry Professional to join our team on a hybrid remote work arrangement. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data, ensuring seamless operations, and contributing to the growth and success of careerzynith. **Key Responsibilities**

As a Back Office/Data Entry Professional, you'll be responsible for:

* Comparing data with source documents to detect errors and discrepancies
* Re-entering data in the verification format to ensure accuracy and completeness
* Compiling, sorting, and verifying the accuracy of data before entry
* Maintaining logbooks of activities and completed work
* Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
* Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless data management and operations

**Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and data programs
* Strong typing speed and accuracy
* Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation
* A graduate degree from a recognized institution (12th Pass or equivalent)
