Key Responsibilities
Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate to ensure timely and effective resolution
Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our customer service processes
Upsell products or services when required to meet customer needs and business objectives
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
6 months of customer service experience preferred, with a focus on automotive or a related industry
Over 18 years of age
Ability to type 25 words per minute
High School Graduate or GED
Comfort with desktop computer systems and proficiency in Windows operating systems
Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex customer issues
Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:
