Design Execution and Delivery:

Apply design thinking principles and oversee the creation of exceptional customer experiences that meet goals with rich transparency.
Drive a sense of urgency in the team to deliver work, emphasizing the use of lean tools and methodologies to more quickly deliver work.
Manage project tasks, responsibility distribution, and ensure timely project delivery while maintaining a high level of quality.

Team Leadership and Management:

Lead, inspire, and coach a team of talented UX designers and design directors.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that supports creativity, continuous learning, and growth.
Act as a thought leader who can take a step back on overall objectives and valuable opportunities, while also serving as a product expert who can work closely with their teams with domain knowledge and design expertise.
