Our mission is to raise $1 billion for schools by 2027, and we're excited about every step we take toward this goal. **Key Responsibilities** As an Associate CSM on our Gear team, you'll have the opportunity to: * Participate in a structured training program to prepare for the CSM role * Shadow and learn from experienced CSMs in client communication, order management, and sales strategy * Manage administrative aspects of spiritwear orders: quotes, mockups, invoices, and timelines * Communicate with internal teams (design, product, operations) to ensure order accuracy and progress * Support client accounts during team absences and begin taking ownership of simpler campaigns * Maintain accurate records and support reporting on orders, client activity, and team performance * Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to strengthen processes * Contribute to the efficiency and scalability of the Gear team by reducing turnaround time and boosting team capacity **What You'll Bring to the Table** To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities: * Bachelor's degree (or pursuing one) or equivalent work experience * Clear, confident communication skillsβboth written and verbal * Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills * Ability to take initiative and follow through reliably * Adaptability and openness to feedback in a fast-paced environment * Enthusiasm for learning and a desire to grow within the customer success field **Our Work Environment** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our team members to thrive.
