**Experienced Associate Customer Success Coordinator – Customer Support and Success Team**

We're now seeking an experienced Associate Customer Success Coordinator to join our dynamic team and help us continue to drive innovation and excellence in customer support and success. **Job Summary:** As an Associate Customer Success Coordinator at blithequark, you will play a vital role in supporting our Customer Success Team by providing administrative and technical support, handling customer inquiries, and resolving support issues. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and support tickets. Your ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and collaborate with internal teams will be essential in ensuring seamless customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide administrative and technical support to the Customer Success Team, including scheduling, preparing information, monitoring timelines, and attending meetings. * Provide customer service via phone, email, and support tickets, assisting with outbound customer communications as instructed. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve support issues, providing accurate and timely responses on the status of requests. * Coordinate with customers to gather additional information, if needed, and manage inquiries through successful completion. * Assist with data file collection, validation, and issue resolution. * Assist with customer electronic enrollment files and export file implementation and issue resolution. * Assist with data entry of client data, site configuration changes, and/or enrollment form configurations. * Provide quality assurance on enrollment forms for clients, test data flows, data mapping, check rates against PDF files, etc. * Perform quality assurance testing of site configurations and client data. * Create and maintain documentation of current and future processes, develop testing cases, and testing scripts. * Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide product support and issue resolution. * Work as a team in a fast-paced environment, performing data entry of client data and other customer service or administrative duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in a related field or equivalent experience. * Experience working directly with customers in a client service capacity. * Experience in using software reporting tools. **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles. * Self-starter, with the ability to manage to deadlines with little to no direct supervision. * Listening and problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively address issues and coordinate solutions. * General technical knowledge needed to support customers. * Collaborative team player, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Quick learner, with the ability to adapt to new processes and technologies. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Medicare/Insurance/Health Care knowledge (preferred, but not required). * Success working in a team environment. * Prioritization savvy, with the ability to determine appropriate priorities, respond to urgent requests, and escalate as appropriate. **What We Offer:** * Growth within an organization that encourages creative expansion and innovation. * A diverse and inclusive working environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork. * A remote work environment, with the flexibility to work from home. * A casual work environment, with a focus on work-life balance. * Opportunity for challenging projects and professional growth, with a focus on developing new skills and expertise. * Comprehensive benefits package, including Personal Time Off accrual, Personal Holidays, Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision offerings, Employee stock ownership, and RRSP options. **Why Join blithequark?** At blithequark, we're passionate about making a difference in the lives of our customers and employees.
