**Qualifications and Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent experience, with post-secondary education preferred
* Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience
* Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution
* Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment
* Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
* Ability to work in a remote setting with a private, secure work area and reliable internet connection
