As an Application Administrator at careerzynith, you will play a critical role in supporting the divisions by performing entry-level application administration tasks. **Job Summary:**
As an Application Administrator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks, including:
* Manually building organizations and users in our new application, Link
* Providing excellent customer service to end-users, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
* Working closely with end-users to set up their organization and user credentials
* Assisting with the migration of organizations, accounts, users, and select Orders components from our old application to Link
* Providing support to the divisions during their designated shift, which may include working from 8AM-5PM, 9AM-6PM, 10AM-7PM, or 11AM-8PM EST
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Excellent typing skills, fast and accurate (u003E40 wpm)
* Excellent command of the English language (bilingual, English and Spanish, a plus)
* Proficient in Word and Excel
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly
* High School diploma or equivalent required
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High School diploma or equivalent
