We are now seeking experienced and energetic Zumba Instructors to join our team and teach Zumba classes at our partner communities. About the Role As a Zumba Instructor with Torch Fitness, you will be responsible for teaching and substituting Zumba classes at luxury apartment communities in Miami, FL. Our ideal candidate is a motivated and charismatic individual who is passionate about fitness, dance, and helping others. Key Responsibilities: Teach and substitute Zumba classes at luxury apartment communities in Miami, FL, with preferred availability for weekday evenings (Monday - Thursday, 6-8PM) and/or Saturday mornings (9-11am) Design and implement engaging Zumba programs and classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and abilities Continually monitor and assist members to ensure proper form and technique during classes Maintain a clean and professional appearance, and adhere to our high standards of service delivery Lead and motivate clients safely throughout classes, and provide modifications for exercises to accommodate various skill levels and physical ailments Build your personal brand and reputation as a fitness leader in the community, and contribute to the growth and success of our team Essential Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have: Liability insurance (required) or be willing to obtain it Experience in designing and implementing Zumba programs and classes Current CPR and AED certification, college degree, or Zumba certification (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and teach group Zumba classes to residents of diverse backgrounds and fitness levels A passion for fitness, dance, and helping others achieve their wellness goals Preferred Qualifications: While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience teaching Zumba classes in a group fitness setting Knowledge of fitness software systems, and ability to use our software for clocking in/out, tracking attendance, and monitoring member progress Strong marketing and self-promotion skills, with the ability to build your personal brand and attract new clients Familiarity with the Miami, FL area, and ability to travel to different locations for classes and events What We Offer: In return for your skills, experience, and passion, we offer: A competitive hourly rate of $35-$40 per hour Opportunities for professional growth and development, with ongoing training and support to help you achieve your career goals A dynamic and supportive team environment, with a culture of excellence, innovation, and fun The chance to make a real difference in the lives of our members, and contribute to the success of our luxury apartment communities Career Growth Opportunities: At Torch Fitness, we are committed to helping our team members achieve their career goals and reach their full potential.
