Job Overview The Analytics Engineer - Content role at blithequark is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join a team of experts in developing data resources that power the company's business intelligence and data science products. As an Analytics Engineer - Content, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable data insights, creating and maintaining data pipelines, and driving the development of self-serve analytics capabilities for colleagues across the organization. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with data experts and business partners to interpret business objectives and item requirements into distinct data assets Design, deploy, maintain, and monitor data pipelines in support of business intelligence and data science products Evolve and optimize data assets within the data warehouse over time through improvement and refinement initiatives Develop and scale business intelligence analyses to address partner use cases and business needs Enhance the data catalog through documentation of business logic and data transformations Work with data governance to enforce normalization and consistency of core business metrics and dimensions Help define and democratize internal guidelines for code best practices, including style, readability, and effectiveness Create compelling self-service dashboards and analyses that drive tangible business results About You To be successful in this role, you should have a strong ability to work with large datasets while developing expertise in multiple tools and systems within a vast data infrastructure ecosystem. In addition to technical skills, you should possess soft skills like effective collaboration within a cross-functional team, and clear and persuasive communication of requirements, recommendations, and findings. You should be able to work with minimal supervision, lead multiple projects and initiatives concurrently, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand data needs and drive business outcomes.
