Job Summary As an Analyst, Health Care Quality Management, you'll provide critical data collection and administrative/technical support to our Quality Management (QM) staff, ensuring the successful completion of our QM department business plans. You'll participate in the development and ongoing implementation of QM Work Plan activities, leveraging your analytical skills to improve quality products and services, and making recommendations to meet QM objectives. You'll also play a key role in vendor management for quality outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Provide data collection and administrative/technical support to QM staff to support completion of QM department business plans. Participate in the development and ongoing implementation of QM Work Plan activities, ensuring successful project execution. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, making recommendations to meet QM objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to improve quality products and services, driving quality management initiatives forward. Manage vendor relationships for quality outreach initiatives, ensuring effective communication and project delivery. Travel within local geographical area to meet face-to-face with providers/office staff as needed. Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. Provider engagement and/or liaison experience, with a deep understanding of health care operations. Proficiency in standard corporate software packages and corporate applications, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems. Ability to work independently, with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline. Minimum 3 years recent and related health care marketing, outreach, and/or health education experience. Flexibility and ability to quickly shift priorities, with a customer-centric approach. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Recent and related experience working with HEDIS criteria, with a deep understanding of quality management metrics. Ability to read and understand medical records, with a strong analytical mindset. Prior medical office or provider education experience, with a background in health care operations. STARS experience or Health Insurance experience, with a understanding of industry-specific regulations and standards. Education and Compensation A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required for this role. The typical pay range for this position is $43,888.00 - $102,081.60, with the actual base salary offer dependent on factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. In addition to your base salary, you'll be eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program.
