Job Summary As an Amazon Virtual Assistant/Data Entry specialist at blithequark, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our e-commerce initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include managing product listings on Amazon, entering and processing data accurately, and ensuring compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines. Key Responsibilities Managing Product Listings: Monitor and update Amazon product listings efficiently, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines. Data Entry and Processing: Enter and maintain accurate data in various systems, including inventory levels, product descriptions, and customer information. Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service and support. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trending products and competitors, providing insights to enhance our marketing strategies. Requirements Proven Experience: Proven experience as a virtual assistant or data entry specialist, preferably in an e-commerce or online sales environment.
