The Amazon Gift Card team is responsible for developing and executing the strategy for digital gift cards within the Amazon.com channel, and we are seeking an experienced Amazon Gift Card Product Manager to lead this effort. Job Overview The Amazon Gift Card Product Manager will own the worldwide product strategy for digital gift cards, driving the vision for Tech, Category Leaders, and external partners. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing the strategy for digital gift cards, ensuring that the creation of features, services, or customer experiences (CX) are geographically extensible and customer-focused. The ideal candidate will have a strong aptitude for decision-making, an ability to use data to identify pain points, and the ability to make fast adjustments to drive business results. Key Responsibilities Defining the vision, animating that product vision for stakeholders, and bringing the vision to life Building and owning the long-term roadmap to drive growth of Amazon digital gift card products on Amazon.com Developing customer-obsessed programs and mechanisms to ensure customer feedback is understood across our organization and acted upon in a timely manner Owning end-to-end programs to drive growth of our program with key customer segments and channels, delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment Strong understanding of metrics and solutions related to privacy considerations, usage of the broader Amazon payment data, and full funnel acquisition and conversion Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: At least 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience A Bachelor's degree or equivalent Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition Experience with end-to-end product delivery Experience as a product manager or owner Experience owning technology products Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who have: Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders A strong understanding of the digital gift card industry and market trends Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Strong product management skills, with the ability to define and deliver product roadmaps Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive business decisions Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We offer a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, maternity and parental leave options, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. We are a total compensation company, and dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
