**Responsibilities**

- Engage with customers via chat to address inquiries and provide assistance, utilizing Amazon's customer support tools and systems effectively.
- Resolve customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary, and collaborating with team members to enhance overall customer support.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**

- First Contact Resolution (FCR) rate: 80% or higher
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score: 90% or higher
- Average Handling Time (AHT): 5 minutes or less
- Net Promoter Score (NPS): 50 or higher

**Qualifications**

- Previous customer support experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to navigate multiple chat interactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with online customer service platforms, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
