Job Summary
As an Amazon Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You will work in a dynamic, multitasking environment and be required to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be driven to achieve specific department goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials.
Guide customers through the ordering procedure online and address any questions or concerns they may have.
Post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping should be addressed and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries and provide solutions to customer problems.
Assist consumers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve department goals and objectives.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and fashion trends to provide informed and accurate information to customers.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
Previous experience working in customer service, preferably with luxury goods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficient in using software tools and technology to address client inquiries.
Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or communications.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $31,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $53,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
