You'll act as a resource, providing expert guidance and support to customers, and be responsible for answering incoming calls, placing outbound calls, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. **Key Responsibilities** * Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer requests, answering complex questions, and interpreting a variety of policies, rules, regulations, and performing a full range of customer service duties * Understand basic telecommunications and provide an advanced knowledge of products and functionality * Provide quick, professional, precise resolution to customer issues/questions * Enter customer requests into data systems, open and dispatch work orders to various departments, and complete call history * Handle customer requests via fax, email, or voicemail within 24 hours or 1 business day **Supervisory Responsibilities** This role does not have supervisory duties, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving results. **Education and Experience** * High school diploma or equivalent * 0-2 years of experience (Preferred) * In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered **Certificates, Licenses, Registrations** * No Certification, License, or Registration is required for the job **Functional Skills** * Up to two years of post-high school training in a specialized trade, technical school, or college * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) * Insurance background, including knowledge of health insurance terminology, is preferred * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we believe in investing in our people and providing opportunities for growth and development.
