**Responsibilities**

As an Airline Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their passengers. Your responsibilities will include:

* Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat, providing accurate information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries.
* Troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, ensuring high customer satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
* Collaborating with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and providing support to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Staying up-to-date with airline industry developments, policies, and procedures to provide informed and accurate assistance to customers.
* Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain at the forefront of customer service excellence.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Fluency in English (both verbal and written) to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
* Experience with Amadeus, a leading airline industry software solution, to navigate and provide expert assistance to customers.
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry, to understand the complexities of customer interactions and develop effective resolution strategies.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
* Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently to manage multiple customer interactions and tasks.
* Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Legally eligible to work in the United States, with a strong understanding of local laws and regulations.
