As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including domestic and international airlines. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring a safe and secure travel experience. Rotate through various areas of the airport, including check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, and arrivals. Effectively navigate through challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance. Partner with port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel to ensure a seamless travel experience. Learn behind-the-scenes workings of an international airport, gaining valuable insights and knowledge. Develop strong problem-solving skills, adapting quickly to unforeseen situations. Communicate effectively with passengers, colleagues, and stakeholders, demonstrating excellent listening skills. Multi-task and carry out duties in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently. Essential Qualifications At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent. Eligible to work in the United States. English proficient, with other languages being a plus. Computer savvy, with experience using software applications and technology. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an airport or travel-related environment. Knowledge of airport operations, procedures, and regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with passengers and colleagues. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
