**Key Responsibilities**
As an Airline Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to our international airline clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience
* Rotating through various areas within the airport, including check-in counter, lobby area, departure gate, customs, arrivals, and other areas
* Effectively navigating through various challenges and flight activities to ensure on-time performance
* Professionally interacting with high-profile passengers, port authorities, crew members, and airline personnel
* Partnering with our teams to ensure a safe and secure travel experience
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 18 years of age, high school graduate or G.E.D equivalent
* Ability to obtain security clearance from US Customs and Border Protection, which requires valid proof of citizenship or authorized residency
* English proficiency, with other languages a plus
* Computer savvy and ability to adapt quickly to unforeseen situations
* Effective communication skills and good listening skills
* Ability to multi-task and carry out duties in a dynamic environment
