**Key Responsibilities**

As an Airline Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to airline passengers, handling flight inquiries, reservations, cancellations, and troubleshooting travel-related concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Answering incoming calls, emails, and chat messages related to airline services, reservations, and flight changes.
* Assisting customers with booking, rebooking, cancellations, and refund inquiries.
* Providing up-to-date flight information, including schedules, delays, and policies.
* Handling customer complaints and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
* Ensuring compliance with airline policies and federal travel regulations.
