Key Responsibilities • Data Analytics & Performance Optimization: • Analyze performance metrics, including occupancy rates, booking trends, and revenue per available night, to identify areas for improvement. • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, availability, and booking conversions. • Utilize tools such as Airbnb Insights, pricing software, and market research to stay competitive in the market and inform optimization decisions. • Listing Quality Management: • Regularly audit listings to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand standards. • Create compelling property descriptions, optimize titles, and enhance photo arrangements to attract guests and drive bookings. • Monitor guest reviews and address any feedback by adjusting listing content or processes to ensure continuous improvement. • Market Research: • Stay informed about local market trends, seasonal demands, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. • Analyze market insights to inform listing optimization strategies and drive business decisions. • Revenue Management: • Collaborate with the revenue management team to develop and implement revenue optimization strategies. • Work with the finance team to forecast revenue and set performance goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you'll need: • Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in short-term rental management, Airbnb optimization, or a related field. • AI Experience: Knowledge of AI use cases and experience working with AI-driven tools and strategies. • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Google Analytics, and property management software. • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills to maintain listing quality and guest interactions. • Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Revenue Management: Knowledge of revenue management and dynamic pricing strategies. Preferred Qualifications • Familiarity with tools such as Beyond Pricing, PriceLabs, or AirDNA. • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. • Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines consistently. • Proficient in using office software applications; familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
