**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced AidQuest Chat Caregiver Lead to manage our internal job postings and lead generation efforts. As a key member of our recruitment team, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving and managing AidQuest chat employment leads
* Keeping the job posting open with internal visibility only
* Ensuring that our job postings are optimized for internal recruitment and lead generation
* Collaborating with our recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Providing exceptional customer service to our caregivers and clients
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage AidQuest chat employment leads and ensure that our job postings are optimized for internal recruitment and lead generation
* Keep the job posting open with internal visibility only to prevent external job boards from accessing the posting
* Collaborate with our recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
* Provide exceptional customer service to our caregivers and clients
* Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to inform future recruitment strategies
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and lead generation
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in recruitment, lead generation, or a related field
* Proven track record of success in managing and nurturing internal job postings and lead generation efforts
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
